Shells Cheese and Spinach

One day I prepared this recipe with some friends and they really liked it, that's why I want to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it and want to make it; it's very simple but very tasty.

  • In a pot with hot water, add grain salt and onion, then add the shells to cook for about 18 to 20 minutes until they are al dente.
  • Wash the spinach and in a pot with boiling water, cook it with a bit of salt and onion (approximately 8 minutes). Once cooked, drain in a colander and press to remove the liquid. In a processor, combine the spinach, double cream cheese, milk (3 tablespoons), cream, pepper, olive oil (3 tablespoons), and a bit of salt, and blend until smooth, not too liquid.
  • Once the shells are cooked, fill them with manchego cheese, arrange them in a glass dish, pour the spinach sauce over them, and grate parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot.
