One day I prepared this recipe with some friends and they really liked it, that's why I want to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it and want to make it; it's very simple but very tasty.
In a pot with hot water, add grain salt and onion, then add the shells to cook for about 18 to 20 minutes until they are al dente.
Wash the spinach and in a pot with boiling water, cook it with a bit of salt and onion (approximately 8 minutes). Once cooked, drain in a colander and press to remove the liquid. In a processor, combine the spinach, double cream cheese, milk (3 tablespoons), cream, pepper, olive oil (3 tablespoons), and a bit of salt, and blend until smooth, not too liquid.
Once the shells are cooked, fill them with manchego cheese, arrange them in a glass dish, pour the spinach sauce over them, and grate parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
