Spaghetti Alioli

  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • In a large pot, bring 10 cups of water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
  • Once it starts to boil, cook the pasta for 5 minutes or until al dente.
  • In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Sauté the garlic in the oil for 1 minute and add the peppers and salt. Continue cooking for 1 more minute.
  • Remove from heat and mix with the spaghetti pasta.
