This spaghetti with cheese sauce recipe will give a different touch to your meals, and Spaghetti La Moderna® is an excellent option for easy cooking; you can season it with your preferred spices or sauces. This version with creamy cheese sauce and chicken makes it much more succulent and ideal for family meals.
In a pot, boil the water and when it starts to boil, add the salt. Wait for it to regain temperature and add the Spaghetti La Moderna®. Cook according to the package instructions. Drain, cool, and set aside.
For the sauce, heat a pot over low heat and add the butter, flour, and stir constantly until it changes color; gradually add the milk and stir until it thickens a bit, then add the manchego cheese, double cream cheese, and sage leaves. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, add the spaghetti and cheese sauce. Cook for 5 more minutes.
For the chicken breast, first season the eggs with salt and pepper, then dip the chicken breast in the egg and bread it. Fry in plenty of oil and set aside.
Serve the pasta and add the chicken cut into strips; garnish with slivers of parmesan cheese and sage leaves.
