This recipe for spaghetti with cheese sauce will give a different touch to your meals, in addition to the fact that Spaghetti La Moderna® is an excellent option for easy cooking; you can season it with the condiments or sauces that you prefer. This version with creamy cheese and chicken sauce makes it much more succulent and ideal for family meals.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cups double cream cheese
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 leaves sage
  • to taste salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups ground bread
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • enough oil, to fry
  • enough Water
  • to taste salt
  • 1 package La Moderna® spaghetti, 200 g
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • enough parmesan cheese, whole, to decorate
  • enough sage, to decorate

Preparation

For the sauce, heat a pot over low temperature and add the butter and flour and stir constantly until it changes color; add the milk little by little and move until it thickens a little, then add the Manchego cheese, the double cream cheese and the sage leaves. Season with salt and pepper and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
For the breast, season the eggs with salt and pepper first, then pass the breast through the egg and bread. Fry in plenty of oil and reserve.
In a saucepan, boil the water and when it comes to a boil add the salt, wait for it to recover its temperature and add the Spaghetti La Moderna® pasta, cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain, cool and reserve.
In a frying pan over medium heat heat the butter, add the spaghetti and the cheese sauce. Cook 5 more minutes.
Serve the pasta and add the breast cut into strips; Garnish with Parmesan cheese in slabs and with sage leaves.

PRESENTATION

Add the breast to the pasta and decorate with Parmesan cheese and sage leaves.

TIPS

Have the sauce and the breast ready when you cook the pasta so that you serve it immediately after finishing.
