Spaghetti with Cream

  • Place the California chilies on a hot griddle to toast them. Put them in a plastic bag for 10 minutes to sweat.
  • Cook the spaghetti, remove it from the hot water, and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Let it rest.
  • Take the California chili out of the bag, clean it, and cut it into strips.
  • To prepare the sauce, add one cup of milk with half a stick of butter and 2 cubes of chicken bouillon to a pan. Pour in the cream and stir constantly to prevent sticking.
  • Add the spaghetti and the strips of California chili. Add grated cheese to taste and serve.
