Spaghetti with Sausage in Tomato Sauce

  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • water

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, halved, for the sauce
  • 5 tomatoes, poached and quartered, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups chicken broth, for the sauce
  • salt and pepper, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • Cut the FUD® Cuida-t+ sausages into four parts and insert the spaghetti into each piece of sausage.
  • In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until “al dente.” Drain and set aside.
  • For the sauce, in a pot heat the olive oil, cook the onion and garlic until they are shiny. Add the tomato and cook for a few minutes, fill with chicken broth, season with salt, pepper, oregano, and cook until reduced.
  • Blend the above along with the cream cheese until obtaining a smooth sauce.
  • Melt the butter and cook the spaghetti with FUD® Cuida-t+ sausages for 3 minutes, add the sauce and continue cooking until thickened.
  • Serve the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy.
