This receipe for Spaghetti with Sausage in Tomato Sauce, can be delicious dish for children and adults which is delicious and goes a long way.

This spaghetti can be sautéed with butter and served with a little fresh parsley. Just pay special attention when you make the pasta, so you do not overcook, because afterwards you will have a second cooking with the tomato sauce. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 pieces of FUD® Sausages Take care-t +
  • 400 grams of Spaghetti
  • enough of Water
  • enough of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for the sauce
  • 1/4 of piece of onion chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic in halves, for the sauce
  • 5 pieces of tomato poached and in quarters, for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of chicken soup for the sauce
  • enough of salt and pepper for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • enough of parsley chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Cut the FUD® Cuida-t + sausages into four pieces and insert the spaghetti into each sausage piece.
    In a pot of boiling water and salt, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it is "al dente". Drain and set aside.
    For the sauce, in a pot heat the olive oil, cook the onion and garlic until they are bright. Add the tomato and cook a few minutes, fill with the chicken broth, season with salt, pepper, oregano and continue cooking until reduced.
    Blend the above together with the cream cheese until a smooth sauce is obtained.
    Melt the butter and cook the spaghetti with the FUD® care-t + sausages for 3 minutes, add the sauce and continue cooking until thickening.
    Serve the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a little fresh parsley.

    TIPS

    Do not overcook the pasta, because you will have a second cooking with the sauce.
