  • 1 package Luigi's Spaghetti #5, for cooking the pasta
  • water, for cooking the pasta
  • salt, for cooking the pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1 cup goat cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter, for the shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced, for the shrimp
  • 1/3 cups parsley, finely chopped, for the shrimp
  • 2 cups shrimp
  • 1 lemon, the zest, for the shrimp
  • 1 pinch saffron, for the shrimp

  • Heat the water until it boils and has large bubbles, then add salt and wait for it to come back to a boil. Add Spaghetti De Luigi #5 and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Blend the cream cheese, goat cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chicken broth. Set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a skillet over low heat and lightly sauté the garlic. Then add the parsley, shrimp, and lemon zest, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the sauce, pasta, and saffron, and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Serve the spaghetti with shrimp and pair it with a glass of sparkling wine.
