Spaghetti with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken bullion
  • 1 1/2 cups thick cream
  • 1/2 kilos spaghetti, thin
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cups basil, sliced
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic, add the tomatoes and let it cook for 1 minute. Add the wine, broth, and cream and let it thicken for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta and place it in a serving dish.
  • Add the chopped green onion and half of the basil to the sauce and let it cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
  • Add the sauce to the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese and basil.
