Spaghetti with Vegetables

Delicious pasta recipe with vegetables that is baked before serving.

  • 350 grams spaghetti
  • 1/2 kilos button mushrooms
  • 1/2 kilos tomato, peeled, chopped and seedless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • pepper, to taste

  • Cook the pasta conventionally on the stovetop, when it is hot, drain it and set it aside.
  • Clean the mushrooms to remove the dirt and slice them.
  • In a baking dish, combine the mushrooms, tomatoes, olive oil, onion, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook covered on high for 6 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Mix with half of the cheese.
  • Mix the cooked and drained spaghetti with the previous mixture and bake on high for 3 minutes to heat it well. Sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan before serving.
