Delicious recipe of pasta with vegetables that is put in the oven before serving.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 350 grams spaghetti
  • 1/2 kilos mushroom
  • 1/2 kilos tomtato, peeled, chopped and seedless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cook the pasta in a conventional way on the stove, when it is hot, drain it and reserve it.
Clean the mushrooms to remove the soil and cut them into slices.
In a refractory combine the mushrooms, tomatoes, olive oil, onion, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
Cook covered on high for 6 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Mix with half the cheese.
Mix the cooked and drained spaghetti over the previous mixture and bake on high for 3 minutes so that they are very hot. Sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan before serving.
