200 grams spaghetti, whole grain
1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
30 grams butter
2 liters water, boiling
1/4 cups coarse salt
pepper
fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 garlic, finely chopped
Preparation

Put salt and pasta in boiling water, for about 10 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency.
In a separate pot, add the butter, being careful not to burn it, until it melts.
Add the garlic, onion, and chili to the butter, sauté them and keep this preparation on low heat until the pasta is ready.
Add the pasta, previously drained, to the pot, mix.
Turn off the heat, add the cilantro and pepper, mix one last time and serve.
