A recipe that my mom taught me, learned by her from my aunt, simple and delicious, with a spicy touch that shakes the papillae and gives flavor to any dish that accompanies.

  • 200 grams spaghetti, integral
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
  • 30 grams butter
  • 2 liters Water, boiling
  • 1/4 cups sea salt
  • black pepper
  • fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped


Put the salt and pasta in the boiling water, approximately for 10 minutes or until it has the desired consistency.
In a saucepan add the butter, taking care not to burn, until it dissolves.
Add the garlic, onion and chili to the butter, season them and reserve this preparation on low heat until the paste is ready.
Add the pasta, previously drained to the saucepan, mix.
Turn off the heat, add the cilantro and pepper, mix one last time and serve.


You can serve with a little grated Parmesan cheese.


You can add a bit of chopped bacon to the butter to give a different flavor. Do not add more salt, since in the cooking the water is left and the pasta is seasoned, unless its taste is more salty, then correct seasoning as soon as it is added

Hice esta receta en dos versiones, una tal cual y esta excelente y otra licuando tomate porque mi papá solo come pasta con tomate 😒, ambas fueron un exito de sabor!!

Me encanto!!! Yo le puse más mantequilla ya que hice casi 500g no le puse el chile serrano ya que las acompañe con unas albóndigas en salsa de tomate y son algo condementadas... Mi nueva receta favorita
