Cook the pasta for 7 to 9 minutes in 2 liters of water with onion, garlic, and salt.
While the pasta cooks, clean the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and rinse to remove the starch. Place them in a pot with just enough water to cover the potatoes, add salt to taste, and cook for 10 minutes.
Fry the bacon, and when it releases its own fat, add the onion. After 10 minutes, remove the potatoes from the heat and drain them, then add them to the bacon to fry.
Once the pasta is cooked, remove it from the heat and drain it. Then incorporate it into the potatoes and bacon. Let it fry for about 3 minutes to meld the flavors of the bacon and potatoes.
Remove from heat and add the cream, stirring evenly. Once this is ready, sprinkle with pepper to taste and parsley.
