Preparation
Cook the pasta for 7 to 9 minutes in 2 liters of water with onion, garlic and salt.
While the pasta is cooking, the potatoes are cleaned, cut into small cubes and dried to eliminate the starch. They are placed in a pot with water just cover the potatoes with salt to taste and cook for 10 minutes.
The bacon is fried and when it releases its own fat the onion is added, in the span of 10 minutes the potatoes are removed from the heat and drained and then added to the bacon to be fried.
Since this pasta is removed from the fire and drained, to later incorporate it into the potatoes and bacon. Let it fry for about 3 minutes to incorporate the flavors of bacon and potatoes.
Remove from the heat and add the cream stirring evenly. Ready this is sprinkled pepper to taste and parsley.
