Easy Pasta with Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Herb Chicken Breast

Delicious easy and quick pasta to prepare, all directly in the pot! It is accompanied by mushrooms, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, and a creamy cheese sauce, along with delicious slices of FUD® Herb Chicken Breast.

  • For the sauce, blend the milk with the heavy cream, cream cheese, vegetable broth, flour, and garlic. Set aside.
  • Add olive oil and onion to a deep pasta pot, cook for 2 minutes. Add the sauce, spaghetti, FUD® Herb Chicken Breast, sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, and chopped walnut.
  • Cover and cook until the pasta is tender, season with salt and pepper, and finally, add La Villita® Margarine to refine. Serve and enjoy.
