Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat. Add the garlic, chili, and parsley and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until the garlic is golden. Incorporate the tomatoes, tomato purée, ground beef, and salt or vegetable seasoning; mix to separate the ground beef.
Close the Express Pressure Cooker® and place the pressure regulator on it, put it on the stove over high flame for about 25 minutes or until a constant steam comes out, then lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the Express Pressure Cooker® from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express Pressure Cooker®, and you’re done!
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and mix with the tomato purée.
Serve hot, accompanied by grated Parmesan cheese, to taste.
