Express Bolognese Spaghetti

Try this simple way to prepare Bolognese spaghetti; it’s a perfect dish for kids and adults on any occasion, from Christmas dinner to a weekend with family.

  • 90 milliliters olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 750 grams tomato, seedless, peeled, and chopped
  • 500 milliliters tomato purée
  • 1 kilo ground meat, beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cube vegetable consommé
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 200 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat. Add the garlic, chili, and parsley and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until the garlic is golden. Incorporate the tomatoes, tomato purée, ground beef, and salt or vegetable seasoning; mix to separate the ground beef.
  • Close the Express Pressure Cooker® and place the pressure regulator on it, put it on the stove over high flame for about 25 minutes or until a constant steam comes out, then lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the Express Pressure Cooker® from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express Pressure Cooker®, and you’re done!
  • Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and mix with the tomato purée.
  • Serve hot, accompanied by grated Parmesan cheese, to taste.
