Green Spaghetti with Chicken

  • 3 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 envelope Knorr® cream of poblano pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil special extra
  • 300 grams chicken breast, in cubes
  • 2 cups Poblano chile strips, cleaned
  • 1/2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 package spaghetti, cooked

  • Pour the milk into a pot, add the contents of the Knorr® Cream of Poblano Pepper packet and mix until combined.
  • Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and cook until thickened. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, add the strips of chili and cook for 2 more minutes. Season with Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti, chicken, and strips to the poblano sauce. Mix carefully until combined.
  • Serve.
