Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 1 on Knorr® Poblano Powdered Chile Cream
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Extra Special
  • 300 grams chicken breast, in cubes
  • 2 cups Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas), clean
  • 1/2 tablespoons Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 package Spaghetti, Cooked

Preparation

Pour the milk into a pot, add the contents of Knorr® Chile Poblano Cream and mix until incorporated.
Heat over medium high heat moving constantly, once it starts to boil, reduce heat and cook until thick. Reserve.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and cook the chicken until golden brown and well cooked, add the chili slices and cook for 2 more minutes. Season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth.
Add to the poblano sauce, the cooked spaghetti, the chicken and rajas. Mix carefully until incorporated.
To serve.

PRESENTATION

Before serving, sprinkle with grated Manchego cheese or panela and heat to gratin.
