  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 Poblano chiles
  • 1 liter sour cream
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 chicken broth, in cube
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, clean
  • 250 grams Gouda cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Cook the spaghetti in 2 liters of water with garlic, onion, bay leaf, oil, and salt. Once the pasta is cooked, remove it, drain it, and rinse it in cold water to stop the cooking.
  • Roast, peel, remove the seeds, and rinse the poblano peppers.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over low heat and pour in the mixture, adding the chicken broth cube. Gradually add the cup of milk and let it season for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Place the cream, milk, cream cheese, a small piece of onion, pepper, and poblano peppers in the blender, and blend until well incorporated.
  • Place the shrimp in a skillet and fry them with a little salt and pepper; once they are well cooked, remove them from the heat and set aside.
  • Spread a little butter in the baking dish you will use, place a layer of the sauce, a layer of pasta, a layer of shrimp, and a layer of cheese; repeat the process until finished with cheese.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is gratinated. Remove from the oven.
  • Serve.
