  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 poblano peppers
  • 1 liter cream
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 chicken soup, in cube
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, cleansed
  • 250 grams Gouda cheese, grated


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cook the spaghetti in 2 liters of water with the garlic, onion, bay oil and salt. Once the pasta is cooked, remove it and drain it and pass it through cold water to stop cooking.
Grill, peel, remove the seeds and rinse poblano peppers.
Heat in a saucepan over low heat with the 2 tablespoons of butter and empty the mixture, add the cube of chicken broth. Gradually the cup of milk and let it season for about 10 min. Reserve.
Place the cream, milk, cream cheese, small piece of onion, pepper and poblano chiles in the blender, grind until well incorporated.
Place the shrimp in a pan and fry them with a little salt and pepper, when well cooked, remove from the heat and reserve.
Spread some butter on the refractory that you will occupy, place a bed of sauce, a bed of pasta, a bed of shrimp and a cheese bed, repeat the process until you finish with cheese.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese gratin. Remove from the oven.
It serves.


Accompany with garlic bread.
