Hawaiian Spaghetti with Ham and Pineapple

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 10 slices Fud® virginia turkey ham
  • 3 tablespoons butter, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup canned pineapple, drained, in small pieces
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • baguette, for serving

  • Cut the FUD® Virginia turkey ham into cubes. Set aside.
  • In a small pot with boiling water, add salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a hot skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the pasta, sour cream, pineapple, and cubes of FUD® Virginia turkey ham. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley; cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately, accompanied by slices of bread, enjoy!
