Heavenly Spaghetti from Tabasco

Delicious spaghetti from Tabasco, it's a very economical recipe for all tastes.

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 50 grams bacon
  • 1 can tomato purée
  • 1 can table cream
  • 1 cube chicken bullion
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter , salt to taste
  • 50 grams grated cheese, for sprinkling (preferably Santa Teresa)

  • Cook the spaghetti with salt.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt the butter and fry the finely chopped bacon, add the bouillon cube and the al dente spaghetti, mix well.
  • Next, add the tomato puree and finally the cream, mix well and let it season for 5 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
  • Serve on a plate and sprinkle with cheese.
