Noodles in Pepper Sauce

This recipe was taught to me by my mom and it is very rich and nutritious because it contains milk, and she always made this recipe. I dedicate it to her because I know that wherever she is, she feels happy, and it is not very expensive. I know you will like it, and it is easy to cook.

  • 1/2 kilos fideo pasta, of your preference
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • salt , to taste

  • Cook the noodles to your liking, but I advise you to cook them al dente.
  • In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped garlic.
  • Then add the chopped onion in cubes.
  • Then wash, remove the seed from the red pepper, cut it into strips, and put it in the pan to fry along with the others.
  • After they are golden, put them in a blender and blend.
  • After blending, pour into a pot to cook for a little while, and after 5 minutes, turn off the heat and add the milk and salt to taste.
  • Drain the noodles and pour them into a container, mixing them with the other prepared ingredients, and it's ready.
  • Serve to taste.
