Pasta with Anchovy

1 package spaghetti
1 can anchovy
2 limes
5 teaspoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 slices onion
100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pinch pepper, to taste

In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil along with the onion slices.
Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook until cutting a piece shows no white in the center (approximately 5-10 minutes).
As soon as the spaghetti is ready, remove it from the water and place 4-5 ice cubes on it to stop the cooking and ensure it is al dente.
In a small pot, heat the olive oil with the garlic until golden.
Remove from heat and add the juice of the lemons and the can of anchovies, mixing until dissolved.
Place the spaghetti on a serving platter and add the anchovy sauce, mixing well.
Garnish with shaved parmesan cheese and serve.
