Place one cup of Fage® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt in a food processor or blender and mix it with the milk.
Scoop out the flesh of the avocados with a spoon, making sure they are ripe but without dark spots.
Finely chop the garlic cloves.
Squeeze the lemons, being careful not to let any seeds get into the mixture that could make it bitter.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the pasta in a pot with enough boiling water and a pinch of sea salt. Cooking time depends on you; I recommend not cooking it for more than 10 minutes.
You can serve it hot; for this, warm the sauce over low heat and carefully add the pasta without stirring it too much.
If you prefer, serve the pasta in a bowl and drizzle with the cold sauce. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
