Pasta with Olive Oil and Parsley

  • 200 grams pasta, of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, or panko
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Add the pasta to a pot with enough boiling water and a pinch of salt, cook until al dente (approximately 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • In a hot skillet, add olive oil, sauté the onion for 1 minute, add the pasta and incorporate the rest of the ingredients (lemon juice, parsley, breading, salt, and pepper). Mix and adjust the seasoning.
