Ingredients

3 portions
  • 200 grams pasta, of your preference
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ground bread, or panko
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Add the pasta in a pot with enough boiling water and a handful of salt, cook until it is al dente (approximately 8 minutes) Drain and reserve.
In a hot pan add olive oil, cook the onion for 1 minute, empty the pasta and add the rest of the ingredients (lemon juice, parsley, empanizer, salt and pepper). Mix and rectify the seasoning.

TIPS

You can present it as a main dish by adding chicken, bacon and some dressing.
