1 package spaghetti
1 cup cream
2 Poblano chiles
1/4 onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
100 grams cotija cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
water, as needed
2 tablespoons chicken bullion
Preparation

Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt and a little oil.
Roast the poblano peppers, place them in a plastic bag for 10 minutes, clean, and blend with the cream.
Drain the pasta and stop the cooking with a little cold water.
In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat and fry the garlic with the onion until translucent.
Add the cream mixture, season with the broth, and add the pasta; mix and heat for 5 minutes.
Garnish with cotija cheese.
