500 grams spaghetti
1/4 onions
2 leaves bay

4 Poblano chiles, roasted and deveined
1/2 cups table cream
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
1/3 cups semi-skimmed milk
2 tablespoons butter
150 grams spinach, washed and disinfected
3 slices American cheese
1/4 onions, for the sauce

In a pot, add the pasta, onion, bay leaves, salt, and water, and cook until the pasta is done.
Blend the poblano peppers with the onion, chicken bouillon powder, cream, yellow cheese, and spinach.
In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat and add the previous mixture.
When it starts to boil, add the pasta, mix thoroughly, and serve.
