This is a quick pasta made in a pot, very simple as all the ingredients cook inside the pot and it turns out spectacular.

500 grams spaghetti pasta
1 cup cherry tomato, cut in half
fresh basil leaves
1 onion, small
2 garlic, sliced
peperoncinos, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
olive oil
Parmesan cheese, grated

Chop the onion into julienne strips.
Slice the garlic.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Place 2 cups of water in a pot.
Add the pasta, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
Season with salt and pepper and add the peperoncino.
Wait 10-15 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the water is almost evaporated.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and a few basil leaves.
