Red Spaghetti in Baking Dish

To make a creamy red spaghetti, you don't need to spend a lot or spend too much time in the kitchen, especially if you follow the step-by-step of this recipe. Prepare a delicious red spaghetti with ham in butter, baked with mozzarella cheese in just a few minutes in the oven. This looks like the typical creamy spaghetti, but it will have a touch of Puré de Tomate Natural del Fuerte®.

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 package spaghetti, (500 g)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups deli ham, in cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Del Fuerte® natural tomato purée
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • parsley, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • In a small pot with boiling water, add salt and the pasta, cook until soft, drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat the butter and cook the ham until browned, add the pasta and incorporate the sour cream and Puré de Tomate Natural del Fuerte®; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Place the previous preparation in a baking dish, cover with mozzarella cheese, bake the cheese in the oven, remove and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Serve on a plate decorated with parsley.
