Blend the tomato, sour cream, tomato puree, chicken bouillon powder, and water or milk. Set aside.
In a saucepan with a little oil, fry the chopped bacon; when it is slightly golden, add the onion and garlic. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the onion is slightly translucent, being careful not to burn the garlic and bacon.
Add the blender mixture to the saucepan and continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
