  • 200 grams American cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 150 grams smoked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic, finely chopped
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount
  • 1/4 cups water, can also be milk
  • 200 grams spaghetti, cooked

  • Blend the tomato, sour cream, tomato puree, chicken bouillon powder, and water or milk. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan with a little oil, fry the chopped bacon; when it is slightly golden, add the onion and garlic. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the onion is slightly translucent, being careful not to burn the garlic and bacon.
  • Add the blender mixture to the saucepan and continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add the American cheese and mix until it melts, then add the cooked spaghetti and adjust salt.
