  • 200 grams American cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 150 grams smoked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic, finely chopped
  • oils, necessary amount
  • 1/4 cups water, it can also be milk
  • 200 grams spaghetti, Cooked


Blend the tomato, the sour cream, the tomato puree, the chicken powder consomme and the water or milk. Reservation.
In a saucepan with little oil, fry the chopped bacon , when it is lightly browned add the onion and garlic. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the onion is slightly transparent, taking care not to burn the garlic and bacon.
Add the blender mixture to the saucepan and continue cooking at low heat for 10 minutes
Add the American cheese and mix until melted, then add the cooked spaghetti and rectify salt.


When serving you can add a little Parmesan cheese on top.
