  • Cook the tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a pot with enough water for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, sour cream, broth, and water. Set the sauce aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour in the sauce, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the spaghetti and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the red spaghetti with cream on a flat plate and garnish with panela cheese.
