  • 250 grams La Huerta® California mix
  • 2 cups pasta, dry rotini type
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, whole
  • 4 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
  • 5 leaves basil
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, cut into 4

  • Thaw the California mix La Huerta in the microwave.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Cut the chicken into approximately 2 cm cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet with a little oil and fry the chicken until well cooked.
  • Blend the dehydrated tomatoes with the cream, milk, and basil leaves.
  • In a medium skillet, sauté the onion, add the blended sauce, and season with garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add the California mix La Huerta, the chicken, and the pasta, mix, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
