  • 1 package La Moderna® spaghetti, 450 g
  • water
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 guajillo chiles, seedless
  • 5 árbol chiles, seedless
  • 1 pasilla chile, seedless
  • 3 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup ground meat
  • salt
  • árbol chile, fried, for decoration
  • parsley, for decoration
  • bacon, for decoration

  • Add salt to a pot with enough boiling water. When it reaches a big bubble again, add the Spaghetti La Moderna ® and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the water and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, guajillo chili, árbol chili, pasilla chili, tomato, and onion and cook for 5 minutes or until they are slightly browned. Pour in the water and cook for 5 more minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper and blend for two minutes or until a smooth sauce is obtained and set aside.
  • Add olive oil to a skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the garlic, cook for 2 minutes, add the ground meat and cook for 5 more minutes. Pour in the sauce, cook for 5 minutes, when it slightly changes color, add the pasta and mix well.
  • Place the pasta a la diabla in a baking dish, decorate with the fried árbol chili, parsley leaves, and fried bacon.
