Ingredients: 1 package La Moderna® spaghetti, 450 g; water; salt; 4 tablespoons olive oil; 2 cloves garlic; 5 guajillo chiles, seedless; 5 árbol chiles, seedless; 1 pasilla chile, seedless; 3 tomatoes, quartered; 1/4 onions; 1 cup water; salt; pepper; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped; 1 cup ground meat; salt; árbol chile, fried, for decoration; parsley, for decoration; bacon, for decoration

Add salt to a pot with enough boiling water. When it reaches a big bubble again, add the Spaghetti La Moderna ® and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the water and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, guajillo chili, árbol chili, pasilla chili, tomato, and onion and cook for 5 minutes or until they are slightly browned. Pour in the water and cook for 5 more minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper and blend for two minutes or until a smooth sauce is obtained and set aside.
