  • 5 cloves garlic

  • Cook the spaghetti al dente, then in a pan, fry the crushed garlic in olive oil until golden, then add the diced onion, sauté on low heat and add a pinch of salt.
  • Then blend the previous preparation, the basil leaves, olive oil, and goat cheese gradually, until it forms a cream, add the walnuts.
  • Coat the pasta with this sauce and sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste.
