1 / 2k SPAGHETTI, 1 onion, 5 garlic, 50 grams of walnuts, 1 tied of Basil ,. olive oil, 200 gr of fresh goat cheese, and cheese

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams walnut
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 200 grams goat cheese
  • to taste parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook the spaghetti al dente, then in a frying pan with olive oil the crushed garlic that are golden brown and then add the onion in squares, fry over low heat and add a pinch of salt.
Then liquefy the previous preparation, the basil leaves, olive oil and goat cheese little by little, until forming a cream add the nuts.
Bathe the pasta with this sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste.
