Spaghetti in Cheese and Walnut Sauce

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine with salt I can't believe it's not Butter®
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 200 grams spaghetti

  • Blend the walnut, cheese, and Knorr® Swiss cube with a little milk until smooth; set aside.
  • Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter® margarine and sauté the onion with the celery until lightly golden.
  • Pour in the blended walnut mixture, the remaining milk, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Cook the spaghetti in enough water, drain, and add to the sauce.
  • Garnish with a little chopped parsley and serve.
