Heat water with a pinch of salt and a little oil until it boils, add the package of spaghetti, and let it cook for 15 minutes or until it is soft (drain it). Put half of the tomato to boil.
Blend the cooked tomato with the cream and the chipotle; strain. Form small balls with the ground meat adding pepper to taste.
Heat the pot with butter to taste, once ready, pour in the pasta and stir for 1 minute. Add the strained cream mixture and then add the small balls of ground meat.
Boil for 5 minutes or until the ground meat is ready; add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and garnish with manchego cheese to taste.
