Spaghetti in Chipotle

This recipe was taught to me by my mom. She really taught me how to cook.


4 portions
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 package spaghetti, The modern
  • 1/2 kilos tomtato
  • 500 milliliters cream
  • 1 can chipotle chili, median
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • black pepper, to taste
  • butter, to taste
  • 250 grams manchego cheese, grated


Put to heat the water with a pinch of salt and a little oil until it boils add the package of spaghetti and leave it for 15 minutes or until it is soft (put to drain). Put to boil the 1/2 of tomato
Blend the already cooked tomato together with the cream, the chipotle; strain. Form small balls with the ground meat adding pepper to taste.
Heat the pot with butter to taste as this list will empty the pasta and move for 1 minute. Add the mixture of the cream and then add the small balls of ground beef.
Boil for 5 minutes or until ground beef is ready; Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve and decorate with Manchego cheese to taste.


Top of the spaghetti go the meatballs and then the Manchego cheese.
