Spaghetti in Cream

  • 600 grams spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 50 grams butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Boil water along with the spaghetti, a teaspoon of oil, the clove of garlic, and salt to taste. Approximately 10 minutes later, drain the spaghetti and remove the onion and the clove of garlic.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the previously cooked spaghetti, then add the cream, salt, and pepper; mix everything and let it heat for 5 minutes.
  • Serve.
