Spaghetti in Mushroom Sauce

We present to you a classic of Italian cuisine, spaghetti in mushroom sauce. Here you will find a much simpler version of the delicious dish, a preparation that takes no more than 15 minutes.

  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 bag spaghetti, (200 g bag) cooked
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms in the oil. Remove from heat and blend thoroughly with the milk and the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Bouillon cube.
  • Pour the sauce back into the skillet and bring to a boil, then add the pasta. Cook for a couple of minutes stirring well and serve hot.
