Spaghetti in Poblano Chile

  • 2 liters water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 kilo Poblano chile
  • 500 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 can ears corn
  • 500 milliliters cow's milk

  • Heat the water with salt and oil until it boils, add the soup and cook for 15 minutes, once ready, drain.
  • Toast the poblano chiles, then remove the skin and seeds.
  • Blend the cream with the poblano chiles, salt (to taste), and milk.
  • Heat the butter to taste, add the spaghetti, stir for 1 minute, and pour in the mixture of cream and chiles.
  • Let it boil for 5 minutes and add the corn, and it’s ready.
  • Serve to taste.
