Cut the tips of the asparagus. Cut the end to 5 cm from the tip, and divide it in two.
Add salt to the water. Add the tips and boil until cooked but crisp and a bright green. Remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and let them cool slightly.
Cook the pasta in the same water where you boiled the asparagus, according to the time indicated on the package and drain.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the turkey ham. Fry until the butter starts to brown. Add the cream and bring to a boil again. Add a little freshly ground pepper.
Add the asparagus tips to the cream and mix; the cream should already be thick.
Pour the pasta into a warm serving dish. Add the sauce and parmesan, stir to coat and taste for salt and pepper before serving.
