Bring water to a boil with 2 teaspoons of oil, the broth, bay leaf, a quarter of the onion, and powdered broth. Once the water boils, add the spaghetti and let it boil for 10 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes, drain, and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside in a saucepan.
In a pot, place 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and chicken.
Add the spaghetti to what we cooked.
Blend the cooked tomatoes, onion, oregano, salt, and pepper, add it to the rest of the ingredients, and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
Serve hot and sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese. Delicious!
