Spaghetti with Cream Cheese Sauce with Bacon and Mushrooms

Spaghetti with Cream Cheese Sauce with Bacon and Mushrooms is a recipe I came up with; I didn't know what to cook, and it was what I had in the fridge. It's a delicious, easy, and very cheap preparation.

  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 300 grams bacon, in small cubes

  • In a pot of boiling water, add the 2 packages of spaghetti along with oil and salt, and let it cook until it no longer feels hard.
  • Meanwhile, in a well-cleaned blender, pour in the cream cheese, the half cream, and the milk until well combined,
  • Then, drain the spaghetti in a colander to separate it from the cooking water and set it aside for a moment.
  • In a clean saucepan, pour in a little oil and heat it. Once it's a bit hot, add the bacon and stir a little, making sure it doesn't burn. When it's a bit cooked, add the mushrooms, and when the mushrooms and bacon are cooked, pour in the sauce we made earlier and keep stirring. Then add the spaghetti and stir until all the ingredients are perfectly combined.
