Spaghetti with Meatballs

  • 1/4 kilos ground beef
  • 1/4 kilos ground pork
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups bread
  • 10 leaves spearmint, minced
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 tomato

  • Mix the meats with the milk, half a chopped onion, mint, breadcrumbs, salt, cumin, and eggs. Form balls by hand.
  • Roast, devein, and soak the chili.
  • Roast the tomato, peel it, and blend it with half an onion, garlic, chili, and pepper. Fry everything until seasoned, add 3 cups of water, and when it starts to boil, add the meatballs and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Boil the spaghetti until tender, remove from heat and rinse. In a pan, add the butter, fry the butter until it becomes transparent, then gradually add the spaghetti until it browns a little.
